• LIABILITY
1. Amazing Products Store™ do not warrant or represent the suitability
of any particular product and their potential uses by our customers.
We suggest that you read all manufacturer labels and instructions
carefully before use.
2. Liability of Amazing Products Store™ -- www.pacwestserv.com,
its officers, employees and directors is limited to a refund of
the purchase price of merchandise bought. This limitation of liability
applies to all damages of any kind including (without limitation)
compensatory, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages,
loss of or damage to property, loss of income and claims of third
parties.
• RETURN
POLICY
1. Amazing Products Store™ wants you to be completely satisfied
with the products you order. If you're not completely satisfied
with any purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 30 days
for a prompt refund (less Shipping & Handling charges).
2. NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES for Hand Gloves, Foot Socks, Towels,
Candles, Soaps (including Bars, Gels, Creams, Lotions, Salts, Shampoos,
Conditioners, Deodorants, Ointments, Salves, and other related merchandise)
and Bio-Magnets, unless the merchandise is defective due to manufacturing.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged with equal value merchandise
or a credit will be issued.
3. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by calling 1-714-647-2400
or email info@pacwestserv.com
. Unauthorized returns without RAs are not accepted, no exceptions.
All returned merchandise must include all original packaging materials
and accessories. Ship all items postage paid and insured to the
address mentioned below. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable,
except when the item is defective. We cannot accept COD shipments.
We reserve the right to refuse any package that does not comply
with our Return Policy.
4. We cannot accept returns of any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software,
and cassette tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic
wrap). Return of unopened items must be postmarked within one week
of receipt. All returns must have the return authorization number
on the outside of the package or it will be refused. To request
a return authorization number for any returns please call us at

. Shipping and handling charges for returning the item are borne
by the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse any package that does
not comply with our Return Policy.
• SHIPPING
POLICY
1. We primarily ship via USPS® (Priority Mail), with UPS® (Standard
Ground, Residential) and/or FedEx® (Ground, Home Delivery) used
for heavy/oversized items. All shipping & handling charges are
estimated, based on the total order cost. An estimation of shipping
& handling charges is provided at the time of order submission.
Additional shipping & handling charges apply for orders with
heavy/oversized items.

Orders more than $100.00***
*** Orders more than $100.00, the shipping and handling charge will
be determined based on weight and delivery destination. (This applies
when the shipping charge indicates a "0" zero on the order
confirmation emailed to you after your order submission).
2. Orders with heavy and oversized itmes will apply additional shipping
charge without prior notice.
3. For P. O Boxes, we ship via USPS® (Priority Mail). Most orders
shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and
Guam are shipped via Parcel Post and may require additional charges.
At present, shipping to international addresses are unavailable
online.
4. Credit card and electronic check orders are processed within
5-7 business days upon approval, before delivery. If your order
cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you of the expected
ship date.
5. Amazing Products Store™ accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American
Express®, and Discover®. The security of your online purchase at
Amazing Products Store™ is 100% guaranteed.
6. Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to addresses in California
state. Sales tax will be applied to the total order, including shipping
and handling, according to local tax rates.
7. Amazing Products Store™ may at any time revise these Terms of
Use, Return and Shipping Policies by updating this posting. You
are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically
visit this page to review the then current Terms of Use, Refund
& Shipping Polices to which you are bound.
